Responsibilities
I joined this project during pre-production as a consultant for the production process. I became officially associated with the project as a Production Assistant in March 2023, creating and maintaining documentation for tracking assignments and progress. Over time, this was taken over by the Project Lead. I was primarily a consultant, occasionally taking over the project and reaching out to team members for progress as we approached important milestones.

Responsibilities
I was initially a volunteer animator on this project. The previous lead stepped down and I took over the project to prevent its cancellation. When I took over in April 2024, about 10% of the project had been completed. With the help of a Production Assistant, I overhauled the documentation of the project and reconnected with the volunteer animators to get the project back on track. New deadlines were established and additional help was recruited to see the project to completion. Due to the film being a tribute, there was more freedom given to the artists. Thus my work was primarily in the deadline and overall management of the project, rather than directing the artistic vision. Collaboration and open communication was heavily emphasized during this project, which released on November 2, 2024.

Responsibilities
The project was launched in January 2023, with pre-production having been in progress since late October 2022. My goal during this project was primarily to increase my understanding and experience with project management. I managed deadlines, regularly updated documentation and the timeline, and ensured that work produced complied with the guidelines of the project. During the later months of production, I managed Saathi Re alongside my full-time work at Treasure Tower by prioritising collaboration and assistance for individuals to finish their assignments. The project was completed in Febuary 2024.
